Salesman rang my doorbell. I told him I was not interested. He began writing something to leave on my door and again I said I AM NOT INTERESTED.He proceeded to leave his trash on my door for me to throw away.If I need roof work done I will hire people who can actually listen and follow simple directions.BTW we even have a NO SOLICITING sign on our door.

The representative was honest and did not try to rob me, unlike about four other roofing companies that said the leak was from my roof. Guardian was HONEST. They told me to try HVAC because it was not the roof. Meanwhile, four other roofers were willing to tear up my six-year-old roof for a non-issue.Only Guardian and one other company told the truth. I will be calling and promoting Guardian moving forward.

They were very responsive, timely, and provided great service and quality of work. We are very happy with the work and would recommend them.

I recently had a roof leak discovered during a series of heavy rain storms. I was forced to try to find help from a roofing company, so I began calling every roofer that came up on my internet search. When I reached Guardian Roofing they told me they could have someone to the property within the hour. Mark Norman arrived from Guardian. He performed a thorough inspection, found the issue and between rain storms, he tarped the leaking roof. Within days, they were back at the house to complete the repair.In my experience, it’s very rare to find a company who responds so quickly to emergencies and shows so much concern for clients. I’m so impressed with their work and with Mark Norman.

Clear and quick pricing, excellent quality installation

Hired Guardian when we noticed some developing leaks in the attic, and they walked us through all their options pressure free. The install went very smoothly, in spite of some unexpected issues with the furnace vent stack. Jerry and his team coordinated the HVAC on our behalf and got the job done as promised. This was the best experience! We had damage from hail on our roof. Erik inspected our roof and confirmed hail damage. The insurance inspector followed his inspection and denied the claim - but when I showed the insurance adjuster Erik’s documentation the adjusted said “this is presented extremely well, it is organized and detailed documentation of the roof damage and everything I need to get his approved”. After that our roof was approved for repair. And, then everything was handled by Guardian (Erik and Nancy) with our insurance company, we were copied on all emails but didn’t have to do anything. Erik and his crew completed the roof promptly and cleaned up well after installation. The roof looks great! We knew we were in good hands.

Guardian Roofing was great to work with. They helped navigate the insurance claim and we received approval for a full roof replacement. Most recently, a tree came down in our yard and damaged some shingles. Guardian sent someone out within a couple days and fixed our roof for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Mark Norman did a phenomenal job getting an emergency leak under control for us. Out of the multiple companies/contractors we had inspect our roof for said leak, Mark was also the only one to go above and beyond and take thorough, up close photos of the damage we were dealing with. The process was painless, and it's refreshing to have a situation like this treated with the urgency it deserves (instead of waiting days hoping for a callback).

If you’re looking for a roofing company, congratulations, you just found them! It was an absolute pleasure to work with Henry Pattle and everyone else along the way. I had damage to my roof and decided to go the insurance route. My entire roof ended up getting replaced, and Henry was always there every step of the way. He clearly explained everything to me throughout the process and was always one phone call away. For such a large project, I still can’t believe how easy it was. All I really had to do was file the claim, and Henry/ Guardian Roofing took care of everything else. Once we were ready to install the roof, they were able to schedule me quick. The day of the install, the job was finished timely and cleaned up beyond satisfaction. And wow, does the new roof look sharp. Both myself and the property were respected and well taken care of. There are many companies that can replace a roof, but not many that have the “X-factor” that sets Guardian Roofing aside. Henry - thank you for everything!

Got our roof replaced after a long back and forth with the insurance company. At first, the insurance company only wanted to cover the replacement of a portion of the roof, but Elmer Nambo and the Guardian roofing team were resilient and made sure the insurance covered the replacement of the whole roof. Elmer showed true professionalism through the whole process and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Overall, very pleasing experience working with this professional team!

We recently had our roof replaced by Guardian Roofing and the entire experience was outstanding. I had a roof leak that started last year. I had a different company come by and they could not find the source of the roof leak. They tried sealing some exposed nails. When rain finally came the leak continued. I called Guardian Roofing this time and spoke to Zan. Zan came by that day and was able to get a good idea where the leak was coming from. He scheduled his crew to come by today. They found that the flashing had been cut most likely during construction. They replaced the flashing all the way down the roof and put new shingles on. They cleaned up when they completed the work. It rained this afternoon and no leak so far. Guardian Roofing is the best!

Could not ask for a better company to trust with your roof! From start to finish Erik Jonsgaard (our inspector)treated us like family and ensured any questions/concerns we had we answered to our satisfaction. He put in a big chunk of hours on our case insuring we were informed at every step. When "roof replacement day" came the crew arrived early and started right in. They moved like a well oiled machine and completed the job in a single day! Our home looks amazing with a new roof and we could not be happier with the service or product! Absolutely a 5-star company! I would give them 10 stars if it let me!

Working with Guardian was a wonderful experience. They worked directly with our insurance company to get everything approved and the entire process was made simple after the damage from hail. Bryan Diamond at Guardian Roofing was incredibly patient with us and our Nationwide Insurance Adjuster who was giving us the runaround. He worked with them proving the storm damage through photos, video and climbing on the roof. He helped us get the maximum amount we could for our claim. Addtionally we worked with Jerry at Guardian Roofing who was our project manager. His communication and attention to detail was amazing. The crew started befoe sunrise, worked very hard ALL DAY and finished after the sunset. The entire roof and sheathing was stripped and replaced on one day! And the cleanup with magnets and a crew was phenomenal. We couldn't even tell anyone had been working on a major project on our house. Lastly, their price was the BEST and the quality of their products and craftsmanship was the BEST. We would highly recommend them!

Excellent work from start to finish! Big shout-out to Mark Norman! I suspected we had some roof damage from a recent hail storm. I called Mark on a Sunday and he came out within an hour to inspect our roof. We indeed had hail damage and Mark handled everything from dealing with the insurance company, to scheduling the replacement roof. Roofers did an excellent job and left ZERO trash in the yard. I worked with Guardian Roofing to replace my roof in April that appeared to have storm damage but I wasn't 100% sure. Erik came out to inspect and provided great customer service. He assisted with the insurance claim from filing the paperwork, talking to the adjuster, he just really made the entire process as simple as possible. Any questions I had about the product, he answered and was very knowledgeable. The install was seamless and having Zan there overseeing and explaining the process was an added benefit. Guardian sales people ignore blatant no trespassing and no soliciting signs. If they can't even respect a sign when they're trying to *get* my money, why would I trust this company to respect me once they *have* my money?
