Mark Norman did a phenomenal job getting an emergency leak under control for us. Out of the multiple companies/contractors we had inspect our roof for said leak, Mark was also the only one to go above and beyond and take thorough, up close photos of the damage we were dealing with. The process was painless, and it's refreshing to have a situation like this treated with the urgency it deserves (instead of waiting days hoping for a callback).

Couldn’t be happier with our experience. Beginning to end everything was incredible. Erik did our inspection and he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Zan helped set everything up and made sure all the materials were delivered and correct. He was also extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. The crew showed up right on time (a little early actually). Jerry was the project manager and was the very last one to leave after making sure everything was cleaned up and perfect. If you’re looking for a roofing company, congratulations, you just found them! It was an absolute pleasure to work with Henry Pattle and everyone else along the way. I had damage to my roof and decided to go the insurance route. My entire roof ended up getting replaced, and Henry was always there every step of the way. He clearly explained everything to me throughout the process and was always one phone call away. For such a large project, I still can’t believe how easy it was. All I really had to do was file the claim, and Henry/ Guardian Roofing took care of everything else. Once we were ready to install the roof, they were able to schedule me quick. The day of the install, the job was finished timely and cleaned up beyond satisfaction. And wow, does the new roof look sharp. Both myself and the property were respected and well taken care of. There are many companies that can replace a roof, but not many that have the “X-factor” that sets Guardian Roofing aside. Henry - thank you for everything!

They were responsive and professional when they fixed our initial issue, and when another problem came up about eight months later—which may or may not have been related—they came back out quickly, took care of it without hassle, and were beyond fair. Got our roof replaced after a long back and forth with the insurance company. At first, the insurance company only wanted to cover the replacement of a portion of the roof, but Elmer Nambo and the Guardian roofing team were resilient and made sure the insurance covered the replacement of the whole roof. Elmer showed true professionalism through the whole process and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Overall, very pleasing experience working with this professional team!

Few ppl in my neighborhood got their roof replaced an I was curious if I needed it as well so a good friend of mine referred me to them an boy I’m glad she did u can’t trust everyone these days an they did an excellent job. Picked up all the stuff that was left on ground from roof I have not picked up anything afterwards. Zan kept me in the loop with how the roof is going even sent pictures afterwards of my beautiful roof. We recently had our roof replaced by Guardian Roofing and the entire experience was outstanding. From the initial consultation to the final cleanup, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. They arrived on time, communicated with us throughout the project, and completed the work with exceptional craftsmanship. Erik went above and beyond and helped navigate us with the insurance company!

I had a roof leak that started last year. I had a different company come by and they could not find the source of the roof leak. They tried sealing some exposed nails. When rain finally came the leak continued. I called Guardian Roofing this time and spoke to Zan. Zan came by that day and was able to get a good idea where the leak was coming from. He scheduled his crew to come by today. They found that the flashing had been cut most likely during construction. They replaced the flashing all the way down the roof and put new shingles on. They cleaned up when they completed the work. It rained this afternoon and no leak so far. Guardian Roofing is the best!

Could not ask for a better company to trust with your roof! From start to finish Erik Jonsgaard (our inspector)treated us like family and ensured any questions/concerns we had we answered to our satisfaction. He put in a big chunk of hours on our case insuring we were informed at every step. When "roof replacement day" came the crew arrived early and started right in. They moved like a well oiled machine and completed the job in a single day! Our home looks amazing with a new roof and we could not be happier with the service or product! Absolutely a 5-star company! I would give them 10 stars if it let me!

Highly recommend Guardian Roofing! They did a fantastic job with a roof repair, gutter work, and replacing our gutter guards. River, Zan, Nancy, and the team were professional, quick to respond, and incredibly helpful. I needed a fast, updated invoice with specific line items as proof of completion for the buyer of our home, and they adjusted and sent it over right away. Online was a breeze. We had an amazing experience with Guardian Roofing! They communicated very clearly and were super responsive to all questions and each team member had the utmost professionalism. Highly recommend the team as they ensure the job was completed to our 100% satisfaction.The team also did truss repair work and they ensured their work was done in accordance with the engineering inspections as well as the Wake County requirements. They ensured that all permits were obtained, even to the point of following up numerous times with the permitting office.All in all, we highly recommend Guardian Roofing!!

Working with Guardian was a wonderful experience. They worked directly with our insurance company to get everything approved and the entire process was made simple after the damage from hail. The crew that did the work was fast and very polite. The whole team did a great job. Clean up from the removal was very thorough as well. The overall look of the new roof and gutters I could not be happier with.

Bryan Diamond at Guardian Roofing was incredibly patient with us and our Nationwide Insurance Adjuster who was giving us the runaround. He worked with them proving the storm damage through photos, video and climbing on the roof. He helped us get the maximum amount we could for our claim. Addtionally we worked with Jerry at Guardian Roofing who was our project manager. His communication and attention to detail was amazing. The crew started befoe sunrise, worked very hard ALL DAY and finished after the sunset. The entire roof and sheathing was stripped and replaced on one day! And the cleanup with magnets and a crew was phenomenal. We couldn't even tell anyone had been working on a major project on our house. Lastly, their price was the BEST and the quality of their products and craftsmanship was the BEST. We would highly recommend them!

Excellent work from start to finish! Big shout-out to Mark Norman! I suspected we had some roof damage from a recent hail storm. I called Mark on a Sunday and he came out within an hour to inspect our roof. We indeed had hail damage and Mark handled everything from dealing with the insurance company, to scheduling the replacement roof. Roofers did an excellent job and left ZERO trash in the yard. Guardian/Brian Diamond did a great job on a turnkey project to install new roof, install soffits, install insulation in area where bedrooms are built into attic space. Everyone on the job was professional and work done on schedule with good solutions for our 1957 year old home. Thanks team!

I worked with Guardian Roofing to replace my roof in April that appeared to have storm damage but I wasn't 100% sure. Erik came out to inspect and provided great customer service. He assisted with the insurance claim from filing the paperwork, talking to the adjuster, he just really made the entire process as simple as possible. Any questions I had about the product, he answered and was very knowledgeable. The install was seamless and having Zan there overseeing and explaining the process was an added benefit. I first met Bryan Diamond at Guardian Roofing of NC about five years ago when he came out for a roof inspection. He was professional, transparent, and, most importantly, honest. He told me I probably didn’t need a new roof at that time. Wow, what integrity. Many storms later, I called Bryan back. He promptly returned, re-inspected, and this time confirmed it was definitely time. Bryan guided me through the entire claims process and personally walked the adjuster through the inspection. Guardian sales people ignore blatant no trespassing and no soliciting signs. If they can't even respect a sign when they're trying to *get* my money, why would I trust this company to respect me once they *have* my money?

Process was so easy. The company did what they said they would do. Elmer was professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk with. I recommended to a friend she call Elmer for assistance to have her roof replaced, he and the company went all out to help her. Highly recommend this company.

I have really enjoyed doing business with Guardiam Roofers. I had a bad experience with another roofing company, so I was a lil skeptical at first, but after I talked to Elmer, it just seemed right to have Guardian do my roof. Everyone I have come in contact with at Guardian has been super nice and courteous and very respectful.They even let me see the top of the house work from the drone. I highly recommend this Roofing company. They did a outstanding job and was very professional in all manners of the job from start to finish. Also it was extremely hot and the crew finish the main house in one day and came back and finished the shed the next day unbelievable. They started at 6:30 am and finished that day at 8:30 pm. It was close to 100 degrees and cleaned up everything perfect. Erik and Van are on top of their game trust me when I say that and the lady running the crew was exceptional. Can't say enough good things about this Roofing company. Thanks again.

Our experience with Guardian Roofing restored my faith in American business pride and fairness. From my first context with Erik in sales through my many visits and calls with one of the owners, Zan, the entire process was seamless. I realized that my roof presented some real challenges with the steep slope and custom metal work but they handled it without incident. Another thing that I truly appreciate is that they never found ways to charge more money, zero upselling! In fact they absorbed some cost at their expense because of their initial promise. Not only were the workers and supervisors real pros of their craft I loved the way that they treated each other…with kindness and respect. They were communicative, punctual, and professional in EVERY way!!! I have to point out that we are very meticulous about our house…we spend a lot of time and money maintaining it to our high standards. We expect everyone to do what they say they are going to do. Needless to say ,we are often disappointed in many companies who fall short of our high expectations . I was immediately impressed when Erik, in Sales, when he showed up the day before installation with moving blankets and tarps and covered out porch and railings to protect them from falling debris. Other notable things about Guardian..Zan, one of the owners, was at the job site every day to ensure that everything was going well. I even witnessed him going on our roof to personally inspect the work. Despite their diligent efforts to protect our property from damage from falling debris a few things( landscape lighting, plants, gutters etc were slightly damaged… Zan immediately made everything good as new without an issue. Bottom line: they are proud of their work , and want the customer to be 100% satisfied! Their clean up standards are the best! Not only did they gather nails, shingles, felt, boards etc, they even climbed trees to grab shingles that got stuck in the trees!!! Another thing that I truly respected and appreciated was that they communicated directly with the Insurance company and inspector when they came across additional problem area that were not detected in the original quote. Since this was a hail damage claim they communicated directly with the Insurance company, and never missed a beat. From my initial contact with Erik in Sales through my final contact with Nancy in Accounting EVERYONE DID EXACTLY WHAT THEY PROMISED! Guardian, keep up the great work. If you need your roof replaced, then I would highly recommend!! Mark and the team at Guardian provided great service throughout the process. They worked directly with my insurance company and didn't miss a beat when it came to replacing the roof. I had absolutely no issues with how they handled the roof replacement. My only critic is that I wish they would have told me earlier on in the process that they could not handle the interior water damage repairs, so that took longer to complete. But for the roof replacement alone they were the best!
