I just had some gutter work completed at my house, and I have to rave and be a fanboy for a moment. They showed up on time, prepared, and got the work knocked out in no time. I highly recommend reaching out to Guardian Roofing LLC for not just your roofing needs, but also with them being a GC, you can reach out for anything interior, such as painting, or anything for the exterior of the home. I’ve had some bad luck with vendors this past year, so this was a welcomed change. Again, highly recommend!

I reached out to River and worked with Zan. They were both very responsive, professional and friendly. My wife and I recently bought a new house, built in the 90's, and I noticed a leak in the attic, after a 2 day rainstorm. Zan came out to the house, quickly addressed the issue and also lumped in a few other concerns he found while on the roof. He explained to me some other issues that he saw and about how long we could wait to address these issues. Zan was clear on explaining the issue, what the issue could cause and what the fix would be. In the future when I need roof work I will 110% be using Zan and Guardian Roofing.

It took over a month, but once in place, they came within a week to get the roof done. Their crew were respectful and professional as well. They cleaned up very well. Guardian Roofing is a top notch company to work with for all your roofing needs. It can be intimidating to deal with your home insurance company when making claims but Guardian is there every step of the way and will speak with them on your behalf. Drew came out to my house the first day I called, inspected my roof with drone footage and took photos of some likely wind damage. When the adjuster came out to inspect, Drew walked the roof with them pointing out all the problematic areas. Once my claim was approved, I was scheduled for roof replacement within two weeks and Zan and the extended team were highly professional throughout the install. It turned into a two day job partially due to threat of weather but it well worth it for the finished project. I was also impressed by how well they cleaned up all the old shingles and such, there was minimal debris left in the yard. You can’t go wrong with Guardian!

The best service I have had in a long time. Started with a thorough roof inspection with pictures to show and explain damage to me. Helped me with contacting my insurance and helped with filing claim. I literally had to do nothing but let them handle everything. They were on time the morning of installation, used the best materials and did a great job. Left my property in the same clean state as before they installed the roof. Guardian Roofing came out & done a thorough inspection of my roof. The day of the roof shingles installation. Guardian placed Tarp cloth all around my home. Within a few hours the roof was ready for the new shingles. The clean up was Excellent too. Guardian when around my home like a fine tooth comb. Justin, your crew did a great job. Great Company! My roof ( Large Home) was replaced recently and this company did a great job from the initial review of what needed to be done, the cost and the schedule. Their team was very well experienced and the craftsmanship was strong. Nice job on the daily and final clean up. They were a pleasure to deal with!!!

Our experience with Guardian Roofing was very positive , beginning with meeting Ricky, him guiding us through the roof claim and selection process , and then roof installation for ours which had incurred both wind and hail damage . Great experience throughout . Would have easily been 5 stars overall , but comms were dropped on both plans to deliver shingles ( I had to initiate contact with them the day before ), and day after roof completion we had a surprise and unexpected visit from the roof subcontractors, up on the house again to repair what we were told was a torn screen , but visit was unannounced and caught us off guard - with only my wife home at the time, and quite surprised to hear them up on the roof ! Still , they monitored our job on -site beginning to end , we would HIGHLY recommend Guardian for your Insurance- claim roof project - Thanks Ricky & Zan !
