I needed a fast, updated invoice with specific line items as proof of completion for the buyer of our home, and they adjusted and sent it over right away. Online was a breeze. Highly recommend the team as they ensure the job was completed to our 100% satisfaction.The team also did truss repair work and they ensured their work was done in accordance with the engineering inspections as well as the Wake County requirements. Working with Guardian was a wonderful experience. They worked directly with our insurance company to get everything approved and the entire process was made simple after the damage from hail. The crew that did the work was fast and very polite. The whole team did a great job. Clean up from the removal was very thorough as well. The overall look of the new roof and gutters I could not be happier with.

Bryan Diamond at Guardian Roofing was incredibly patient with us and our Nationwide Insurance Adjuster who was giving us the runaround. He worked with them proving the storm damage through photos, video and climbing on the roof. He helped us get the maximum amount we could for our claim. Addtionally we worked with Jerry at Guardian Roofing who was our project manager. His communication and attention to detail was amazing. The crew started befoe sunrise, worked very hard ALL DAY and finished after the sunset. The entire roof and sheathing was stripped and replaced on one day! And the cleanup with magnets and a crew was phenomenal. We couldn't even tell anyone had been working on a major project on our house. Lastly, their price was the BEST and the quality of their products and craftsmanship was the BEST. We would highly recommend them!
