I highly recommend this Roofing company. They did a outstanding job and was very professional in all manners of the job from start to finish. Also it was extremely hot and the crew finish the main house in one day and came back and finished the shed the next day unbelievable. They started at 6:30 am and finished that day at 8:30 pm. It was close to 100 degrees and cleaned up everything perfect. Erik and Van are on top of their game trust me when I say that and the lady running the crew was exceptional. Can't say enough good things about this Roofing company. Thanks again.

I have really enjoyed doing business with Guardiam Roofers. I had a bad experience with another roofing company, so I was a lil skeptical at first, but after I talked to Elmer, it just seemed right to have Guardian do my roof. Everyone I have come in contact with at Guardian has been super nice and courteous and very respectful.They even let me see the top of the house work from the drone. I would definitely recommend Guardian Roofers.

I couldn't be more pleased with the work performed by Guardian Roofing. From Andrew to Zan and all of the supervisors and installers, excellent work and excellent communication! All of my questions and concerns were answered from the original meeting through the entire installation. This is a professional company that does the work correctly, would highly recommend.

Our experience with Guardian Roofing restored my faith in American business pride and fairness. From my first context with Erik in sales through my many visits and calls with one of the owners, Zan, the entire process was seamless. I realized that my roof presented some real challenges with the steep slope and custom metal work but they handled it without incident. Another thing that I truly appreciate is that they never found ways to charge more money, zero upselling! In fact they absorbed some cost at their expense because of their initial promise. Not only were the workers and supervisors real pros of their craft I loved the way that they treated each other…with kindness and respect. They were communicative, punctual, and professional in EVERY way!!! I have to point out that we are very meticulous about our house…we spend a lot of time and money maintaining it to our high standards. We expect everyone to do what they say they are going to do. Needless to say ,we are often disappointed in many companies who fall short of our high expectations . I was immediately impressed when Erik, in Sales, when he showed up the day before installation with moving blankets and tarps and covered out porch and railings to protect them from falling debris. Other notable things about Guardian..Zan, one of the owners, was at the job site every day to ensure that everything was going well. I even witnessed him going on our roof to personally inspect the work. Despite their diligent efforts to protect our property from damage from falling debris a few things( landscape lighting, plants, gutters etc were slightly damaged… Zan immediately made everything good as new without an issue. Bottom line: they are proud of their work , and want the customer to be 100% satisfied! Their clean up standards are the best! Not only did they gather nails, shingles, felt, boards etc, they even climbed trees to grab shingles that got stuck in the trees!!! Another thing that I truly respected and appreciated was that they communicated directly with the Insurance company and inspector when they came across additional problem area that were not detected in the original quote. Since this was a hail damage claim they communicated directly with the Insurance company, and never missed a beat. From my initial contact with Erik in Sales through my final contact with Nancy in Accounting EVERYONE DID EXACTLY WHAT THEY PROMISED! Guardian, keep up the great work. From start to finish the Guardian Roofing team were superb. The team was extremely professional and took great care to protect areas around the home while replacing the roof. They showed up right on time and went straight to work. They worked quickly and efficiently in the sweltering heat. Cleanup was quick and thorough. It was a pleasure to do business with a company that exudes professionalism.

Guardian Roofing did an excellent job on my roof! I couldn't believe how easy the process went, even with the complicated removal and reconnection of my rooftop solar array. The Guardian team guided me through the process and kept me informed every step of the way. If you need your roof replaced, then I would highly recommend!! Mark and the team at Guardian provided great service throughout the process. They worked directly with my insurance company and didn't miss a beat when it came to replacing the roof. I had absolutely no issues with how they handled the roof replacement. My only critic is that I wish they would have told me earlier on in the process that they could not handle the interior water damage repairs, so that took longer to complete. But for the roof replacement alone they were the best!

He made the entire process seamless and was there every step of the way. The team was one of the most efficient contractors that I have ever worked with. I reached out to River and worked with Zan. They were both very responsive, professional and friendly. My wife and I recently bought a new house, built in the 90's, and I noticed a leak in the attic, after a 2 day rainstorm. Zan came out to the house, quickly addressed the issue and also lumped in a few other concerns he found while on the roof. He explained to me some other issues that he saw and about how long we could wait to address these issues. Zan was clear on explaining the issue, what the issue could cause and what the fix would be. In the future when I need roof work I will 110% be using Zan and Guardian Roofing.

Very professional from start to finish, did exactly as promised all the way through the process. Clean up and follow up were above and beyond expectations. Called them for a minor issue months later and they came out and fixed it the same day. Highly satisfied and would recommend them to anyone. Quality of work was excellent.

I just had some gutter work completed at my house, and I have to rave and be a fanboy for a moment. They showed up on time, prepared, and got the work knocked out in no time. Guardian Roofing is a top notch company to work with for all your roofing needs. It can be intimidating to deal with your home insurance company when making claims but Guardian is there every step of the way and will speak with them on your behalf. Drew came out to my house the first day I called, inspected my roof with drone footage and took photos of some likely wind damage. When the adjuster came out to inspect, Drew walked the roof with them pointing out all the problematic areas. Once my claim was approved, I was scheduled for roof replacement within two weeks and Zan and the extended team were highly professional throughout the install. It turned into a two day job partially due to threat of weather but it well worth it for the finished project. I was also impressed by how well they cleaned up all the old shingles and such, there was minimal debris left in the yard. You can’t go wrong with Guardian!

It took over a month, but once in place, they came within a week to get the roof done. Their crew were respectful and professional as well. They cleaned up very well. The best service I have had in a long time. Started with a thorough roof inspection with pictures to show and explain damage to me. Helped me with contacting my insurance and helped with filing claim. I literally had to do nothing but let them handle everything. They were on time the morning of installation, used the best materials and did a great job. Left my property in the same clean state as before they installed the roof.
